About me, Kelly – I would love to live to a ripe old age beyond what is thought of as ‘normal’ and I truly believe this to be possible. However, what’s important to me is that for my whole life I am living a full, happy, life without dis-ease and full of vitality.

I am fortunate enough to have been introduced to conscious healthy eating so I can take charge of my health before it takes charge of me. For me,  predominantly raw food diet is the optimum way of giving my body the fuel it needs day to day, without needing to take a nap to process the crap (ever felt like this after a roast dinner?).

After becoming aware of the benefits of more raw in my diet, I still wasn’t sure if I would be able to give up everything as I have a really sweet tooth, but when I realised chocolate was still on the menu, I was in!

Not only did the fuel I put into my body change, but I also started exercising more – I even managed a half marathon; this was quite a feat considering I never used to like running.

So at the beginning of 2009 I went for it to see what difference it would make to me. Since then I have dropped 2 dress sizes and over 1 1/2 stone in weight (and that wasn’t even a goal for me at the time!), I feel more mentally alert, my nails are stronger and my skin is really clear. So no reason for me to hit the cheesecake now – especially as I’ve found a really good raw recipe – why bother.

Since then I have been studying with the College of Natural Nutrition and have done my own research into diet, lifestyle and personal development to give me lots of tools to help myself and now help others achieve the same.

I don’t eat 100% raw, I find 80-90% works best for me, but what’s clear to me is this way of eating can benefit everyone. This is why I’m really motivated to help others achieve the body and vitality they truly deserve. It worked for me and I wasn’t even trying to loose weight. Imagine what you can achieve if that’s your main goal!

Please note – do not be scared about me putting you on a high raw diet when I coach you; this is where I am at, we work out what is best for you and get you there in the quickest time possible!
